Class outline and more details Meditation:
Getting To Know (Your) Resistance Week 1 • Understand why creating a practice changes everything.
Loving-Kindness Week 2 • Begin to understand and develop the skill of compassion, starting with yourself and then moving to others. This is the beginning of healing all your relationships.
MBSR Mindful Belief Week 3 • Embark upon your belief systems, going under the layers of the psyche, and learn how to practice coming into the present moment – suspending judgment. Stress melts away from your shoulders!
Awareness Interoception Week 4 • Open up and practice being fully present with everything at any given moment. Start noticing and understanding your stress response.
Mantra Week 5 • Learn a quantum mantra and release your mind from all the anxieties of the material life surrounding you. Manifest more quickly and find purpose.
Mindful Body Week 6 • Slow everything down and learn to listen to the body for directions, learn how to tap into your intuition and more.
Yoga Nidra Week 7 • Surrender to sleep and change your body.
Breathwork Week 8 • Wrap up our EIGHT-week session with my signature DNA atomic presence practice and commit to your practice. Tools of Inquiry and Reflection.
Consider these sessions a sacred act you are giving yourself. All weeks are subject to change. As I have learned through meditation teaching over the past several years, I will often check in with the group, if something is pressing or someone has questions about a particular subject matter, at my discretion, I will create an impromptu session using a separate technique.
