Class outline and more details about the sessions:
Week 1 • Understand why creating a practice changes everything. Fundamentals.
Week 2 • Begin to understand and develop the skill of compassion, starting with yourself and then moving to others.
Week 3 • Learn how to practice coming into the present moment – suspending judgment. Stress will melt from your shoulders!
Week 4 • Practice being fully present with everything at any moment. Start to notice and understand your stress response.
Week 5 • Learn a quantum mantra and release your mind from all the anxieties surrounding material life. Manifest and find purpose.
Week 6 • Slow everything down, learn to listen to your body for directions, tap into your intuition, and more.
Week 7 • Surrender to sleep and change your body.
Week 8 • Be guided into a presence practice and commit to your practice. Tools of Inquiry and Reflection.
Consider these sessions as a boost in your skills kit! All weeks are subject to change, as I have learned through teaching over the past several years, I will often check in with the group if something is pressing or someone has questions about a particular subject matter; at my discretion, I will create an impromptu session using a separate technique.
